The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that Site content will be error-free, complete, or continuously available. Insurance products and availability vary by state, carrier, underwriting, and eligibility.

13. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centore Insurance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to Site use. Where liability limits are not permitted by law, limits apply only to the fullest permitted extent.

14. Indemnification

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any posted legal notices, form the entire agreement between you and Centore Insurance regarding Site use. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
